How to OrderSwag.com understands ordering products via a website can beat times difficult for some. We have set up a How to Order page to make shopping a pleasurable experience. If you have additionalquestions please contact us.
Filling a Shopping Cart
- Find the item(s) you would like to purchase by using our search engine or view our band list located at the top right hand side of the page.

- When you find an item you would like to order from the product page, click on the Order button. This will add that item to your Shopping Cart.

- Each time you add an item to your Shopping Cart, the item will appear in your shopping cart. To view click View Cart & Checkout located towards the top of the page.

- If you would like to continue shopping after adding an item to your shopping cart, continue by clicking the Continue Shopping button.

- If you are finished shopping, click on the Checkout button, located towards the top of the page or at the bottom of your shopping cart.
Ordering -
- Go to your Shopping Cart page by clicking on the Cart & Check Out button towards the top of the page.

- Review the items in your Shopping Cart.
Remove any items you do not wish to purchase by clicking on the small box at the beginning of the appropriate row, producing a check, then press the Recalculate button. -
- To change the quantity of an item, change the number in the box, and press the Recalculate button.

- Placing items in a Shopping Cart is not a commitment to purchase. You will have the opportunity to remove items from your shopping cart before you finalize your order.

- To return to your Shopping Cart from anywhere within the site, click on the
Cart & Checkout button located towards the top of the page. -

Order Status Check the status of any of your orders by visiting our OrderStatus page. This is the easist and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your order. When you click on Order Status, you will be asked to log inwith your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current or pastorders. If your order has not been processed you may modify orcancel your order from this page.
Phone Orders Having trouble ordering products online? No problem! Swag.com accepts orders over the phone. To order by phone, please call us at 1-623-334-8000 anytime. If we are out of the office we will return your phone call within 24 hours (weekends & holidays exluded). Beforecalling, please note the Product Numbers of the items you wish to order. We will instruct you of payment methods and delivery options.
