1. How do I know if a piece of memorabilia is authentic?
Over the years, fake or bogus items have found there way into the marketplace. The best way to avoid being stung is to buy from an established dealer that has a solid reputation and a good return policy. The best advice on how to avoid being ripped off is to be informed of what you are collecting and do a little research. Being knowledgeable also makes your hobby more enjoyable.

From promoters to stagehands and even the bands themselves. We have developed relationships with some of the finest individuals employed within the music industry. It is our goal to bring you, the customer, authentic and hard to find music collectibles.
3. Did Eric Clapton or Eddie Van Halen actually use that guitar pick in concert?
Guitar picks on our site are hard to find, authentic band issued items and tend to be new and unused. If you have seen a guitar pick that was played with for only a few songs it is generally worn and you could not make out the print design. In most cases this tends to decrease the value of a guitar pick because of its appearance. In general, the better condition the higher the value.
4. Why is the color or writing on my backstage pass that I purchased different than the one on your site?
Backstage passes are given out to a number of different individuals who have a multitude of job duties that have to be accounted for. Some passes for example may have stagehand, promoter or box office written on the pass. We try to obtain a number of mint unused passes from an event and because these are actual tour issued backstage passes, they already have the writing on them. Please note: the pass design and condition you see in the scan is exactly what you will obtain. The actual writing on the pass you receive MAY VARY. If you have any questions or desire a specific pass, just ask.
5. Can I use these passes to gain backstage access?
Unfortunately, the answer is NO. The backstage passes on this site are for collectible purposes only. You may get away with it once but to save you the embarrassment if you do get caught, we would strongly advise against it.
6. How do I obtain backstage passes prior to a show?
Radio station or record company giveaways are the most popular way for fans to gain backstage access. I suggest joining your favorite bands fan club or listening to the radio station that is promoting the show. Of course, knowing someone with the band or at the venue where the event is being held also helps.
7. What is a concert crew shirt?
Crew shirts are given to the staff members that are either working with the band itself or the local production crew. These shirts are not available for purchase at the show and are highly collectible items.
8. How do you determine shipping costs?
It is not just the cost of the postage that determines shipping costs. It is processing time and materials used to package an item, along with any needed insurance. We actually lose money on quite a few items we send out do to packaging and insurance.
9. How long does it take for me to receive my items?
If you choose standard delivery you should receive your order within 10-15 days (international orders allow more time) after we receive your payment. In the event you are in need of an item in a timelier manner you may want to have your order delivered via priority or overnight mail for an additional charge.
10. Do you wholesale to other dealers or offer discount pricing?
It is difficult for us to wholesale or discount prices due to the fact that many of the products on our site are one of a kind items. We will always attempt to accommodate our repeat customers whenever possible.
